  • The Famly App: Our secure platform for sharing your child's journey with you.

  • Educational Partners: Other settings or specialists (with your consent) to support transitions or specific needs.

  • Regulatory Bodies: Local authorities for funding and Ofsted for inspections.

4. Data Security & Retention

We use robust physical and digital security measures to keep your information safe. We only retain personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill our legal and educational duties. For example, some safeguarding and accident records must be kept for specific statutory periods even after a child has left the nursery.
