While our close link to Yarm School offers a natural pathway for families who wish to continue their journey with us, we also support many children who move on to other local pre-schools. Yes, at the beginning and end of day you may pull into our private car park. This allows you to drop off and collect in your own time, knowing you are safely away from the road.

Yes, we have a buggy store to provide a safe space for pushchairs to be left until home time.

Absolutely. We fully support families whose children continue to breastfeed and will work closely with you to ensure a seamless process for your baby. We recognise that milk feeds are a vital time for connection; these moments are shared with those key people closest to your baby in a calm, nurturing environment, following the individual routine your child is used to at home.

We are fully equipped to support babies and young children with specific allergies, intolerances, and dietary requirements. Our team is trained in all current nutritional guidelines, and our Nursery Cook works closely with families to understand every detail of a child’s needs. You will always receive a personal update from our team at the end of each day. Alongside these handovers, our Famly App keeps you informed of routine care and shares photos of your child’s latest discoveries. When you join the Little Phoenix family, we’ll show you how to use the app to stay updated on school news and your child’s individual progress.

To make life a little easier for busy parents, we include many essentials within our daily fee. Working together with premium suppliers, we provide everything from nappy changing essentials and formula milk to high-quality outdoor weather-wear. When your child joins us, you’ll receive a 'Little Phoenix Kit List' detailing the few personal items that we suggest staying in their bag.
